After many years of experience in the IT and outsourcing industry, Alexis Rivas, our CEO, took the first step to become an entrepreneur, acknowledging there is much more in life that you can achieve rather than settling down. He got the feeling that there was something that was missing, that he needed to do more, not just for his life, but for his community, for his country.

With his experience, he decided to start up a business founded on the moral principles that he believes in: respect, integrity, humility and passion. With the mission to deliver business process outsourcing solutions to medium and small companies worldwide through a highly motivated workforce, BPO Innovations was born.

In 2008 we started operations with only 4 people, and our expertise, technology, facilities and business management background helped us grow rapidly. Today, there are 45 of us working enthusiastically at BPO Innovations. We are very proud to be an innovative company in the outsourcing industry that have become managed services specialists, empowering our team and trusting our experience on processes and tools that we know will leverage entire companies.

We know our story is just starting and we have a long way to go, this is why we are doing things in the right way and we will keep doing so for the benefit of everyone – generating respectful job positions for our team, and this way help companies to grow. In the end, it all takes us to the common good we have dreamt about.
